Processing

When will my order be processed?

We aim to ship all orders from our warehouse within one working day. During busy periods, this process may take longer.

     

    How do I know if my order has been accepted?

    You will receive an email confirming your order.

     




    Shipping and delivery

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes.

       

      What happens if I'm not in when the parcel is delivered?

      If you are not in when the parcel is delivered, it will be taken to your local sorting office. Please note, if the parcel is returned to us, there will be additional postage costs in order to re-send your order to you again.

       

      How much is UK postage?

      All UK orders are subject to a £3 shipping cost. UK orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

       

      How much is international shipping?

      All international orders (outside of the UK) are subject to a £10 shipping cost. Europe orders can expect to be delivered within 3-5 business days, and rest of the World within 5-10 business days.

       

      How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

      You'll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

       

      I can't see any details on the tracking number?

      It can sometimes take up to 12 hours for your tracking information to become active.

       

      My product got lost and/or damaged.

      We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the parcel unattended. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched.

       

      Can I cancel or amend the order?

      Sorry, once your order has been placed and confirmed, we cannot amend or cancel your order. Please follow our returns and exchanges process if you no longer want your items.

       

      Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on my order?

      You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

      All prices on our website include UK VAT, which is payable on all orders. Some international orders may be subject to local duty and custom charges (the customer is responsible for these charges).
